You can see another leaf on the left crumpled with the same thing. Other nearby lobelia aren't doing this, however I have some other plants (cleome, sage) with yellowing leaves.

I'm not sure if my lobelia is suffering from a nutrient deficency or some insect, thus the pics.

we are just comming out of almost a week of rain and very humid weather. Yesterday, I sprayed with messenger.

Can anyone tell me what they think this is?
