Hi Dave! Thanks for posting these flowers of Evelyn's. It gives me an idea what to look forward to from her cuttings. I still haven't potted her cuttings yet. They are just sitting upright together in a bucket on top of some soil. The weather should start warming up soon.

That is really great that you have gotten five of hers to bloom so far. Those flowers you posted are lovely. Those first flowers may be not opening all the way because they lack the energy, or as you said, it could be a shell like 'Peachglow Shell,' but your open flower doesn't look like 'Peachglow Shell' which has fatter petals, I think (see pic below of Peachglow Shell).

When I cut the bottom off of my 'Almost Black,' it looked really bad so I kept cutting until I found clean white wood, and since there was only a few inches left, I grafted the top piece. It took! It now is getting some leaves. I have her green striped one in with the mix, but the tag fell off so now I have no idea which one it is. I'm sure I'll label them as they bloom with their color and scent. I really like the 'bubblegum' description that you said about the pink. I sure hope I have that one! Thanks again.
