We started one in our gardens the next year and although it suffered the first year from the moles tunneling through the area and 'suspending' the plant in the soil - it has survived in an area with morning sun only and has absolutely gorgeous. Its arching habit is beautiful, but now we need to concentrate on encouraging it to grow up the tree it's planted in front of!
