Last summer I was running about 300 emitters on my drip system.This is what worked for me.The fundamental part is the drippers themselves.They come in different capacities like 1/2 , 1 and 2 gallon per hour flow.I use 1/2 GPH.For large plantings like brugmansias, I use as many as 6 in one pot.If one dripper clogs, the others will keep the plant watered.The kits come with a few plastic stakes to anchor the drippers in the soil. Any extras needed are easily made from a wire hanger.
