African Violets and Gesneriads: Strange AV, 1 by Plantcrazii

Here is another one of my AVs that I sort of lost way back when we had to move a lot of my cacti and succulents around. Well I found it a couple of days ago and rescued it. It is an Optimara Dali. My question is this: Do you see the difference between the inner leaves and the outer leaves? Some of the outer leaves are just hanging off the side of the pot. They sort of a weird color and they feel different than the pretty inner leaves. What should I do with this plant? Should I take all of the outer leaves off? If so, are they any good for potting up or are they just trash? Here is the first photo where you can see the top and see the inner leaves a nice shade of green.
