I did take a nice ride today, about 2 hours of slow riding but I didn't get cold today because there wasn't much wind. We scared up about 10 deer and otherwise didn't see any wildlife. When the weather gets warmer there will be rabbits everywhere, lots of birds, coyotes and other critters. Here is a picture of where I was riding today. The big rocky hill is Table Rock, it is about 2 miles from home and I can see it from my kitchen window. I don't go up there, way too steep and rocky, but I do ride into the canyon at the base of it and look up about 700 ft to the top. And I ride on the gentler hills on 3 sides of it.
