'Buckeye Boysenberry' is now 20 inches across, leaf-tip to leaf-tip! 'Grape Slush' is 15 inches & growing fast, but 'Buckeye Bellringer' is only about 10 inches and looks smaller because of its downward leaf habit. Other standards can be "large" also, and the big ones will get even bigger if you up-pot them. I have a noid that got to 14 inches across before I put it into a 6 inch pot... now, "Big Blue" is between 16 and 20 inches, depending on how recently I've removed a couple of outer rows of leaves. I'm not sure I want to know what 'Buckeye Boysenberry' here would do in a 6 inch pot! LOL |
