Wanna see a Cedar in a Sonic cup? See the photo below. It is in front of an Eastern Red Cedar that started out as a seed in a friend's yard in 03', it went from a milk-jug to a kitty litter jug to its present black nursery pot. I dug several up before they died from repeated cuttings from their lawnmower. Those smaller ones aren't as old as that bigger Cedar.

I only collect the biggest 44 oz. Sonic cups, they are even good for the first year of an Oak seedling, (if it doesn't grow too large), the taproot grows nicely in that cup the first year. But, I always transplant the Oaks out of a cup before the first Fall.

Thanks, yes it is recycling I suppose. I would otherwise cringe or send back a styrofoam cup.
