Re: turkey stuffing, we always have it in the bird, and the extra gets cooked in a pan. Frozen birds are the norm tho. DW,(a RN ) says they are safer since they are flash frozen when they are 'dispatched', tho I think tofu would be safer yet.

Darius, that's whats left after a trip with contents, and with stuff in storage too ? Boy oh boy my friend, if ever a person needed a barn you are she. I hope everything finds safe harbor.
