i have some down coats saved that don't fit KNOWING I could do something with them, but afraid of opening a can of worms so to speak, so it's fun hearing what the rest of you guys have done with down. Maybe I'll get ambitious.

sarv - congratulations on the successful stowing of the trailer (I'm a lousy trailer backer, although I CAN hit the side of a barn with one!!LOL)

Now I have to go clean since I spent the whole day outside playing with horses, and then I have to get a turkey since I procrastinated on that too. I already have the potatoes, carrots, string beans, squash, corn and pumpkins from the garden (YAY!!) THere's nothing i like better than AVOIDING THE STUPORMARKET!!

Then I spend 8 hours roundtrip tomorrow picking up my daughter from the University of Rochester. Her first trip home since college - now she's company! (Isn't it funny how they go from kid to special guest after the leave?)

Let'ssee - for the painter folk - here's my last project painted - the basement playroom. I did a cathedral ceiling too - scary. It's white...and it's staying whatever....not doing that again!!
