Well, all you guys went to bed so early last nite, hehe.
I baked some choc. chip cookies last nite and of course, they kind of flopped. I wanted to make a double batch so I could give some to my neighbor who had taken in my mail and newspaper while I was gone, have some here for me, and have some for my son who is coming home this weekend (YEAH) for a dental school interview in Portland, OR on Monday the 21st.
They ended up being more runny than I wanted. Wasn't enough flour. Was kind of mad at myself.
Anyways, I fixed a dinner for my other son who is still in hs and has wrestling so was starving when he got home from practice. I had put some of that smoked salmon from Ernie (Eweed), baked potato, apple, yogurt since I didn't have milk yet, and orange juice. He loved it!

You guys talk about those fever blisters. Have had them for 32 years and hate them. But I get them when I get sick or stressed out. I don't use anything on them but maybe should try that Lysine, Darius. Anything is better than nothing.

Well, it froze last nite here. Woke up to the grass very frosty and it was down to 28 degrees on my ther. Am not ready yet. I still need to get those dang bulbs in the ground!

This picture is of a dahlia, 'Watercolor' and note the frost on the leaves nearby. Kind of cool to see it bloom so late. It was planted very late this spring.
