All my feathered ones were like that plenty of seed pods but the other purpurea had tons more seed pods.
MY JMG's did ok i wish i had planted them sooner then i might have gotten more seeds.
and my tricolors gave me less seeds than any of them.

I think i will start lots more of them in the sunroom next time so i can get them in the ground sooner and get a few more seeds,... I Hope.

Did any of you notice if it took longer for the SS to bloom.
It was the last one to bloom for me as well as indigo feathers and purple feathers they all took longer to bloom than my others and they were all planted at the same time and in similar places.
