All I did was go to church (and a Social Action committee meeting after). You've all been busy posting.

Julie, glad you and the camera are OK. It could have been a real nasty fall and I bet you've got some sore muscles.

Darius, if you're still with us, have a good trip.

Maria, sorry about the power outage but glad your daughter is close enough for you to visit during it.

Re bulbs, here is the garden they are going into. I have to find time with decent weather to get the excess soil moved somewhere else.

Re attaching pictures, I think it pays to make them smaller in some sort of imaging program - you may be able to do this with the software which came with your camera. Most cameras are set up to take pictures at higher resolution then you want for Internet and if you don't make them samller they will take a long time to upload and for others to download - though I think DG may modify them to be a bit smaller if they are too large. (Not sure about that but I bet Darius knows).

Re cameras, we had a very nice Canon A80 for about 15 months. Long enough to have it quite well figured out and it took good pics. Then DH left it in a rental car in Germany. Of course, it was not found when the car was cleaned out. We've replaced it with a Fuji E510 which had nearly the same specs as the Canon A95 except for the flip out viewer and was $150 Cdn less expensive. I get excellent garden close-ups with it but have not been as happy with garden scapes as they don't seem to have much depth.

I plan to get caught up on some Food cupboard files this afternoon and have an orchestra rehearsal tonight. The second orchestra has Sunday evening rehearsals, but I've not been there since early September because I had a bunch of conflicts with Ottawa Symphony on Sunday evenings. Have to look at the music between now and then too.

I wonder how many posted while I was writing this. Guess I'll find out when I preview the picture.

Ann

Just two if I'm quick enough. lol
