Beginner Gardening: Just cleaned out the raised beds......., 1 by momof2d

I also found 3 large Canteloup but I dont believe they're ripe......does anyone know if I can get them to rippen and how?

I left the pepper plants, I dont know how they escaped the wrath of the Canteloup vine!
