I need to see if they grow out here before I potentialy murder a herd of them. htop - Would love some seeds of your Butterfly Ginger. Hope they come true, the gingers are so promiscuous (lol) Calalily - (grin) I took my names from my grandmother (East Texas) who got me in to gardening. She called Oxblood lilies (Rodophiala bifida) "Hurricane lilies", Zephranthes of various flavors "Rain lilies" and Butterfly Ginger (Hedychium coronarium) "Butterfly lilies." I think she had a thing about lilies. Here is a picture of my (lost) Butterfly ginger in Houston. |
