Hibiscus: Anyone know the name of my flower of the year 2005??, 1 by Calif_Sue

I was a novice and it didn't return after the winter even though we had a mild one nor did the bautiful varigated red one. As many as I see that are so beautiful from all those links you posted, my budget would only allow cuttings here and there, not the $20-30 until I know they can be overwintered better than I did last year. I am going to attempt some cuttings myself to see how they do. Saw a good link for how to I will try.
