No Anna... in 8-10 years I've never had a problem... someting so overgrown is a bit scarey... I guess... but the only roofs that have level access to mine are stable residences.. and I seldom see anyone from there . I also have varying hours.. and might well be up there during the day .. or in the middle of the night ... I did have to chase away three squrrels today... they climb the 5 floors to the roof with the peanuts they are given in the park.. they want to bury them in my planters and sometimes do uproot something in doing this... they like to bury in my planters as they thaw out a month or so before the ground does... so nuts here are available to them at the end of the winter..when they are the most hungry... I understand ... but still I do chase them off the roof whenever I get a chance...
