M5, I had some lilies like yours once but now they seem to have hybridized with something nearby and have lost their bright color and spots. They're still pretty but I need to get some of the original ones again when they get into the stores this fall. Anybody remember the name of them? Stargazer maybe?

My itchy bites are not quite so itchy this morning. I think maybe so many hours in the sun yesterday got them stirred up more than usual, plus the fact that there are 5 of them. Most people don't react like this to bug bites. My husband keeps telling me the bugs have good taste, so I should smear myself with something that will make them go elsewhere for dinner.

This morning I will get more weeding done in the vegie garden before the sun gets hot. We are supposeed to get to about 95 today. Maybe I should do something desperate like clean house?
