Here is a photo of Shasta Daisy Leucanthemum x superbum "Becky" I planted 12 months ago. The tag that came with them stipulates 36" to 48". After this first year, they measure to 55". The native soil here is alkaline. I planted using Supersoil. I have used Miracle Grow with a hose-end sprayer 3 times in the last two months. The stems are sturdy. We occasionally have winds to 50 mph here where we are 500' higher than the valley floor and haven't had any broken stems. At least in this climate, they are incredibly easy to grow.
