I have two of these "trees" in my yard. There is not a separate tree form versus the bush form. You simply train your bush into a tree form. Very easy. Pick out a central leader and cut, cut, cut. Below is a pic of one of my "trees." It's hit or miss on the rooting. I have found it works just as well to put the new growth in potting soil and keep VERY WET. The cutting will lose the old leaves and put out new ones shortly after. I cut both my trees hard, at any time of the season, about every two weeks as the plant is a very fast grower.
