There must be a pair among those three because the first spring we were here they spawned & only two babies survived but then we lost them over winter. They are only about 4" long. Today my local feed store is having a fish sale so I plan to buy a couple regular Koi to add. I paid $8 for the butterfly's & I hear the ones being sold today will be about $14 but they atleast 8". Walmart around here sell Koi fish pretty inexpensively but they are always sick with ick or something.... I don't want to risk getting my fish sick even though their price is cheap. I'm so excited, I'll post more photos when I pick them up later today.
