Meezer, thanks for the comment.There's no hanging basket, the bloom is from a wisteria growing over the arbor.The arbor covers a cement patio in the back garden with two benches.A very nice place to read and sip a favorite beverage.Your DH and I share the same feeling toward 'vacations'.Luckily my DW has friends to travel with, and they just returned from Italy last week.It gave me time to finish some messy home-chores.I really like your kitchen,the copper bowls are the best thing for whipping egg whites aren't they.
Mary, your endurance amazes me.Never having been on a horse I can't relate to it, but the thought of those long rides, the bad weather, and unforeseen crisis inspire great admiration.
The arbor area is still under construction, but the wisteria keeps on blooming.
