Vossner, she is a short tree rose. I am trying to remember how tall her trunk is. Maybe 2 ft. I got her years ago at HD, an unnamed grower. They have them every year and they usually die on me. I like the short tree roses for they take less room, just by being lifted up 2 ft off the ground. That one is Chicago Peace, my favorite rose of all time. I get so many blooms on her. Her colors change every year and sometimes every flush. If I only could have1 rose , I would pick her in a second.

I have 24 inch, 36 inch, 48 inch and 60 inch tree roses. You can plant them much closer together if you vary their height. LOL.


I do not know how long the red rose has been in the ground. I planted them both years ago. The other one, Red Meidiland, is on a 48 inch trunk.
