Bulbs: Do I let them ALL grow? question about dahlias....., 1 by Sunshines2day

I think they pots are plenty big for the actual tuber to triple in size without touching any sides. Should I allow all the stalks to grow or do I need to only allow the nicest, strongist one to grow?
