In the meantime, I went out today and found these in bloom! It was raining when I took the pics, so, they leave something to be desired, I guess, but, they give you the idea of what is coming up for us now... I think these blooms are the popular white trumpet, 'Mount Hood', introduced by van duerson in 1938. Some say it is good for perennializing and it has come up for at least two years in our garden, although we planted more last year. |
