Stopped at the garden center yesterday and bought a big bag of dirt. Asked the clerk to get one of the "boys" to get it off the stack of bags, and put it in my trunk because I knew it would be frozen solid and I didn't feel like wrestling with it. It's still thawing in the garage!

My Christmas cactus is confused, and blooming like mad again. I hope this doesn't mean that winter is starting all over again...just shoot me now!!

Had a super breakfast with GS and his wife, and her aunt and uncle who are visiting from the Yosemite area...they have green grass already growing there. Very enjoyable visit, lovely down to earth people, so glad they were able to get together with us. Met her mother two years ago, and liked her very much too. Had eggs benedict.....no lunch for me today.....dinner out tonight, ... boy I'm going to pay for all this pigging out. Since I'm already in trouble , pass me one of those cinnamon buns............LOL
