Beginner Gardening: what is doing this?, 1 by mosc0022

I posted this in another forum, but no one has gotten back to me about it, so I thought I'd try here. I have several herb plants on my windowsill that were recently attacked by spidermites. I think I have it under control, but now my sage is looking wierd. It is getting gray spots on the leaves, curling up, and falling off. I've also noticed some black streaks on the stem. I'm wondering if it's some kind of mold or bacterial infection? Or could it still be from the mites?
