You could always tell when it was summer, cause Dad would take out his old pocket knife and cut the legs off those bibbies to make them into shorts. When the heat of August hit, he'd forgo shirt and whatever, just wearing the bibbie shorts with the sides unbuttoned for a little extra ventillation.
