Taller stuff or seedlings that outgrow the wire rack go here. I just moved a pencil cactus from here which was shoved in the back against the window. Didn't realize how big it had gotten until I extracted it a week ago and had been circling around and bunching up under the lights. I knocked two tubes out getting that thing out of there!
