Never went back. Cried for a week, but went on a 3 month regime of exercise and diet and manged to lose a few inches and 10 lbs or so. But his method was cruel. He basically told me that according to my BMI that I was obese. Said some other things too, about the prevalency of women who are obese to develop breast cancer, etc. It was a shock, because I know I am not obese. I am overweight, as is my Mom and her mom before her and we are all 5 feet 2 inches and under. I wear a size 14 in most clothes. I would really like to lose a minimum of 20 lbs. 30 would be ideal, but I have to be realistic. I have a husband, who loves to eat (and isn't overweight) and a 57 year old metabolism. So I'm gonna give it my all and do the best I can. What else can you do? Donna
