Hummingbird and Butterfly Gardening: Any idea what kind of cat this is?, 1 by raven_locks

The pic is kinda blurry, but I think you can see him well enough, the stripes on the side are a deep red, and the spikes look very pokey, not soft and fuzzy, I can try to get a better pic if needed...
