My apt. faces the rushing creek so I will have the continual sound of water, and there is an area I can garden. Unfortunately it will be just shady gardening, and I'm choosing to see this place as semi-permanent.

Here's a couple of pictures. The house, owned by a landscaper from Mississippi, is being totally renovated. I have some work to do before I move in, mostly damp control but as he gets gutters, etc. re-installed, it will improve.
