Forest, difficult for me to reply to your post Re tombstones, I keeper” of family loved ones, since my Sharon my sister moved up here she has taken an interest in helping out..we make sure they cemeteries are well maintained, we clean the moss from headstones and on Father’s Day, Mother’s Day we put bouquets of flowers at their tombstone..we do 3 different cemeteries, my hubby in Waubaushene, then Midland, Penetang. Never thought when I send photo’s to their loved ones it might be upsetting, i thought it would warm their hearts that due to their living far away that their loved ones are being cared for..perhaps that is why you are getting photos. Lindakay, glade Kathy is holding her own, I’m sure her kids will be certain to call you when she starts losing ground.you’ve had so many changes in your life these last months, hard to think of YOU. the months are moving quickly, November will be here before you know it but doesn’t help much when you need surgery like today. Pat, I did not know that about updating, you mean your screen shot with DG that appears with each post? Jealousy was precious, hope happy in new home. I have 2 nieces who do massage therapy, they can’t under medical licensing do relatives. Tomorrow I must call and book my therapy sessions Dr. Jones gave me referral for. Am sure it will do both you and Marie good to get away. Susan you will feel better now that the bee situation has been looked after. I went to school learning half my classes in English and other in French. At home Roger andI spoke French, but since his passing 32 years ago I rarely speak it..mentally i know 100% of what people have written but hard to get it out. Yesterday at Lenny’s Celebration of life Rogers family 10 siblings were there, most speaking French. Penetanguishene (place of the White Rolling Sands) where Is was raised was a French colony and basically still is. Karen, I am so glad that Walt and you are doing better and close to family which I know is your all..winter is hard on all of us in the north, was going through some photo’s yesterday I came across one that made me shudder, will be time soon to get out the shovels put away and snow shovels out. Dianne, must be getting tranquil on your road with only weeks left before school starts. Did you find with price of gas there was less boating this year? I was a Foodland the other day, almost chocked at the cost of items in comparison so other grocery stores..am thinking Foodland chain owners put their stores close to tourism towns and charge what they want..a lot of their sales in town are from boaters because the dock landing is but steps away. Sharon, you have such a sense of humour..read your post about us and think in one pist you summed us up. Nana Susan, thank you for joining us..I used to so love the swaps and round robins.. i walk my gardens and often see treasures I’ve received thu the years..i have 2 pairs of p.j’s Lindakay sent me in swaps and I still wear them.. Lazy Sunday day here..went into Midland at his morning, guess I should not have, still having little episodes of dizziness so got what I had to and on the couch I am.. I did make spaghetti sauce, just cooling, I will put in containers 8n the morning..also tried to purchase $$ store coffee for dying socks for fall project, went to 3, none of which had any..should have know better, used filter type coffee, didn’t dissolve so I just put them in washer and will reduce them..thought if I dyed them now there would be less work when I do my workshops. I’ve so much I could be doing and have done nothing..have a morning and an afternoon class tomorrow so that is sure to fill in my day so getting comfy in bed shortly might work up some energy for tomorrow.. Ziggy is hinting around that it’s bedtime..I put his treats on bedroom dresser where he can eat and look through the screen so he can keep an eye on what’s going on.. |
