Insect and Spider Identification: White bug like an earwig? Accidentally squished , 1 by Asmaria

Was exhausted when I got home and went to bed but woke up with this critter on my face and smashed it against the pillow in a panic. Before I crushed it, I thought it was an earwig or something but it didn\'t seem quite right and it was white. Now it seems something gross came from inside it as it dries up? Lesson learned though, never going to bed without a shower first.
