I would have said I have seen a ton like yours but now I can\'t find one online. LOL Are your leaves as flat as the 1 shown? Does yours have a more pronounced pattern to the leaves? The red edged ones I have seen their leaves are thicker and with a pronounced curve upwards like the 2 images below. There are so many birdnest shaped ones.

Oddly in my search, I see sansevieria have been now classified as dracaenas. I had no clue and just do not see the similarities though DNA does not lie.
