Insect and Spider Identification: Insect egg ID on Milkweed, 1 by mysticbutterfly

Hello,

The eggs on the lower half of the picture are on stalks so lacewing right? What about the single dark spot on the underside of the upper center leaf? This is on Swamp Milkweed. I have seen Monarch caterpillars and adults in this garden, as well as other types of butterflies. I had yellow aphids too but have managed to mostly control them. Sorry for the blur in the image. Phone struggles to focus on things this small/close.
