I am meeting up with my sister tomorrow and we are going to shop for a flowering bush, her gift to me to celebrate my retirement. I am going to plant a line of mixed bushed between my renter/neighbor beside me. I have worked and worked to keep my area weed free and they insist on watering EVERYTHING, making it difficult to keep it weed free. They are also stacking their trash (card board boxes etc) next to the house. They can\'t see it but THAT is what becomes the backdrop for my pretty white picket & arch. What a view spoiler.
