Insect and Spider Identification: CLOSED: Is this a monarch baby caterpillar, 1 by Jabeka

I checked today and there are about three of these extremely small caterpillars that might be monarchs but I\'m not sure. Sorry for the quality of the image as I used my phone. If these are what I think they are is there anything special I should be doing to help them along in their new journey?
