Big sigh, I’ve been itching all afternoon, just took my bath and still itching..sure hope even though 7 days had passed since Linda was with her neighbour who got shingles was still contagious..just me being paranoid..itchy all over especially my head

Not sure what I could have eaten or touched that I might be allergic to, heading to bed, here is hoping by morning it’s gone
