Whoever bought the 2 lots behind my downhill neighbor had many dumptruck loads of dirt brought in and a bobcat shape a place to put a big house. That 10.5 inches of rain came down the big wide hill from the west, hit that foundation and turned my yard into a lake. I have spent this week putting in french drain. Haven\'t even got my broccoli in yet.
