Beginner Gardening: monstera deliciosa newbie problem, 1 by nexxion11

I am watering the plants once a week and spray it daily. Can you tell me what im doing wrong? There is also some brown sticklike things growing out of it and i don\'t know what the heck it is. The leaves are also a bit droopy.
