I planted a canary tree last March which had been propagated from a cutting. It was blooming at the time I planted it. It took a little time to start growing, but it’s large and healthy and continuously puts out new leaves. However, it simply won’t bloom. I mulch with oak leaves, so I would imagine my soil is slightly acidic, but I haven’t had it tested. What could I be doing wrong? I live in Tampa, Fl,
