Pic 1 below shows the Daylily Forum entry on my Forum \'watching\' list. It says the last entry in that forum was on Dec 7, 2015. Pic 2 shows the 1st 2 threads in the Daylily Forum (after the pinned threads) and shows that the the last entry was actually made on Jan 4, 2016. Thus, you can see that there is a problem with the Daylily entry in the Forum \'watching\' list even though that is not one of the \'stuck\' forums.

My guess is there are likely problems with other entries on the forum \'watching\' list, as well. I\'m beginning to think Eggs_Zactly was right all along & that our efforts to \'unstick\' forums have accomplished little more than cosmetic improvement.
