Bob\'s not sleeping well (the 28th is looming and he\'s not looking forward to it, and nor am I, but trying to have days where we don\'t think about it), I\'m taking something to sleep every night - this helps.
Also taking my updated amounts of meds and this is helping.
MRI showed I have (in both knees) Osteoarthritis, fluid, and tears to the meniscus. As well, I have a sprain in my left knee. Glad for the meds, but they make me dozy (also helps me sleep).
