Insect and Spider Identification: Need Help Identifying Bug, 1 by cali2015

Yesterday, I was sitting on my couch (in the living room) and saw a couple small bugs on my cell phone screen. I tried to squish them with my finger and then flicked them away. Today, I saw the bug on my cell phone again, crawling on the screen. I killed it. I then later saw another one crawling on my arm (it tickles as if an ant is crawling on me).

I don't believe I have any bites from them as I don't itch or notice any bug bites on me. When it was crawling on my arm, it didn't seem to bite me either. I was able to drop a live bug in the toilet and I noticed it swimming quickly to the side, so I flushed the toilet. I might be wrong, but I don't think they're bed bugs because they don't seem to bite and I know how bed bugs look like (had an infestation 10+ years ago at my previous residence). I only see these bugs when I sit on my living room couch. I haven't seen them on my bed yet.

Also, not sure if this matters, but my couch is next to a sliding door window (it's always closed though, never open).

Sorry for the low quality pic, it's because they're so small. I would say it's about the size of the tip of a pencil or ballpoint pen. Also, the pic is of the bug on a white sheet of paper. Any help in identification is greatly appreciated.
