They are starting to grow their leaves.

Should I just pull them out and put them in a baggie??? or-
I could pot them in the 1lb strawberry trays with just enough soil to cover the roots.

There are quite a few divisions. Hmmmm....I think i will pot them up in some way.
Maybe 2 + per tray. Some divisions are quite small.
