Insect and Spider Identification: Unknown bug on body, 1 by cali90026

Hi, I was wondering if someone can identify what bug this is? I've been looking everywhere online and I can't quite find a picture that matches. The only image that comes close to matching is body lice but even the picture of the body lice images I found online do not look like this one. I found a couple of these bugs on my chest and one on my stomach. They left small little bug bites with a little bit of red around it, not very itchy. Is it body lice or something else?
