Beginner Gardening: Should I separate store bought ornamental plants?, 1 by pennysticks

I was given this arrangement from Kroger as a gift for my birthday yesterday, and am concerned about the longevity of the plants. They are planted in a bowl that has no drainage at all and they look very cramped to me. Should I separate them and plant them in their own pots, or?
