Gitagal wrote: Thank you all--it does take a bit of care--mostly watering all of them. Also, rearranging them when something has to be put by the light. Like when the Amaryllis started growing--they all had to be by the LR window. Also--when my 2 large Clivias showed buds--up they came from their winter's snooze down in the Shop. I have plants EVERYWHERE IN THIS HOUSE!!! I have plenty more--in other rooms too--and in my kitchen....CC's under my task lights... YES! ALL these go outside for the summer--many of them on the patio- HB hang from the patio roof edge and many plants sit here and there on plant stands makeshift tables or the side trays of my covered grill. Maybe that is why I never grill....:o) Speedie---You have never been here!!! And you are telling people what my patio looks like??? You, hussie, you!!! 1--Here is a picture of said patio. June last year. 2--And here is one from 7-2011--looking from the back lawn towards the patio. 3--More views... 4--My house....and that BIG clump of leaves on my front lawn is my Kopper King Hibiscus.. 5--This is what the Hibiscus looks like when it blooms..a traffic stopper--Itell you. It is a perennial--I do nothing to it...Getting pretty big-- This is for the new folks on the MAF. Many of you oldies have already seen these pictures.. |
