Bird Identification: Hawk Identification, 4 by rbos

There are 2 different birds here, got good angels on the blue-eyed one last night while he was hunting. We live on a canal/waterway system so lots of good critters for hunting!
Whats throwing me off is the different colored eyes, the chest markings and the leg colors.
